Update on the work carried out in Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux- Trembles (RDP-PAT) under the three-party agreement

Following the signing of the three-party agreement in March 2024 between the Government of Quebec, the City of Montréal, and Sanimax, our company has undertaken significant work near its Rivière-des-Prairies—Pointe-aux-Trembles (RDP—PAT) plant.

Today, we want to provide residents with an update on the completed and upcoming work. We also want to reaffirm our commitment to the community and to improving the quality of life of its residents.

“We’ve made a commitment, and our teams have been working tirelessly, sparing no effort to improve the site” stated Terry Finn, Senior Vice President – Country Manager Canada of Sanimax. “By collaborating with the government and local authorities, we can collectively make informed decisions that have a positive impact on the community. We’ve already completed projects in Lévis and Saint-Hyacinthe, and I’m proud to announce that we’ll replicate this success in Montréal” Mr. Finn added.

The timeline below summarizes all completed and upcoming measures under the three-party agreement.

Schedule of completed and upcoming work, as of November 8, 2024
