Since 2005, Guillaume Dubois has gained an extensive experience in senior leadership roles across the supply chain, operations, and commercial activities. Driven by a strong commitment to optimizing organizational performance and delivering sustainable results, he stands out for his dedication to building strong workplace cultures, developing internal talent, and fostering innovation.

A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke in 2002, Guillaume has applied his transformational leadership and pursuit of excellence to support both employees and customers in Ontario and Quebec with Gordon Food Service, Loblaw Companies Limited, and Sysco Canada. Before coming to Sanimax, he served as President of Solina Canada, where he led the company’s growth strategy, the national integration of operations, and its business transformation to support long-term ambitions.

His extensive experience, deep knowledge of the food industry, and strong versatility make him an outstanding addition to Sanimax.

In his free time, Guillaume enjoys skiing with his three sons.
