We are pleased to announce the appointment of Éric Bussières to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sanimax, effective July 2, 2024.
Éric brings nearly three decades of experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions to Sanimax. Before joining Sanimax, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Taiga, where he significantly contributed to the company’s financial management. He also held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Uni-Select and spent over 10 years at CAE, culminating as Vice President, Finance, Simulation Products, Training, and Related Services.
Recognized as a determined leader with a strategic and results-oriented mindset, Éric has coordinated several major investment initiatives in the United Kingdom, India, Malaysia, Europe, Latin America, and the United States.
Éric holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Quebec in Outaouais and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke. He also holds the CFA Level III certification.
